I recently had issues setting the Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO USB F5D9050 wireless networking adapter up on Windows Vista 64. There is no driver for the adapter released by Belkin that is compatible with Vista 64, so I had to do a little research online to find out how to get it to work. I noticed that nobody has actually made an easy explanation of how to do this, so I'd like to share my findings in case anybody else has the same problem.
